Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

01 · Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is DMP Agency, based in the heart of Paris, France (SIREN 903 439 479). You can contact us about your personal data at thedmpagency@gmail.com.

02 · What we collect

When you use the “Start a project” form or an enquiry form, you give us your name, email address, brand or company name, website or Instagram account, country, industry, the services you are interested in, the stage of your brand, your expected timeline and budget range, and the description of your project. You decide what you write in the free-text fields.

Our hosting provider also records technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time, and pages requested) for security and operation of the site.

03 · Why we use it

We use the information from the forms only to read and answer your request and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal. This is based on your consent, given when you tick the box before sending the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Technical data is used to secure and operate the site, based on our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

04 · Who receives it

Your request is received by DMP Agency. To make this possible, we use service providers acting on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. (hosting of the site and processing of form submissions) and Google (email service used to receive notifications of requests).

05 · Transfers outside the European Union

These providers may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by data protection law, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.

06 · How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are kept for up to three years after our last contact, then deleted. If we work together, data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by accounting and legal obligations.

07 · Cookies and browser storage

This site does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no data is sent to a font provider. Your browser may store your language and currency preferences locally, solely to remember your choice on your next visit. This information stays on your device.

08 · Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to thedmpagency@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

09 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example if we add an analytics tool. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
