MEÏGUI is an independent contemporary fashion brand that blends Asian aesthetic influences with Scandinavian minimalism. It is known for modular, structured and oversized tailoring.
02 · The challenge
Not to reinvent the designer’s vision, but to preserve what makes it distinctive while improving product economics and commercial readiness.
03 · Our role
DMP reviewed individual garments, fabrics, construction, finishes and costs, and identified the signature pieces. It prepared a technical package covering seven references and researched international suppliers, with a focus on Morocco. For Première Classe Paris, DMP supported wholesale positioning, pricing grids, terms, the buyer pitch, lookbook review and a follow-up methodology.
